LEGO® Serious Play® Methodology

The LEGO® Serious Play® methodology is a radical, innovative process designed to help business teams. Four teams of 6 focused on solving real-life business problems related to multi-cultural organizations. This hands-on workshop, lead by certified instructors Dieter Reuther and Donna Denio proved ridiculously fun and insightful. Every organization could benefit from such a workshop. Why Legos? The methodology was developed by the Lego® Company when it had to redefine its own strategy development in the mid 90s and wasn’t able to achieve successful outcomes using traditional tools and methodologies. The Legos work as a catalyst, and when used for building metaphors, trigger a range of surprising group dynamics.
