Jonas grew up in Hamburg, Germany. He came in touch with the US for the first time when he spent a high school year in Fort Myers and Daytona Beach, Florida. He received his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Nordakademie FH, Germany, in a dual studies program with Hempel (Germany) GmbH. After working there for an additional year as executive assistant he quit his profession and studied popular music at Hamburg School of Music. After this and travelling the US and China, including 3 month of training at the Shaolin Temple, he started working for PwC Germany in Audit in 2008. After 3 years he transferred to Risk Assurance Solutions and became Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). He completed a PwC sponsored executive master program at Mannheim Business School in 2014 and received a Master of Science degree in accounting and taxation. Afterwards he transferred to Transaction Services and has been working for corporate and private equity clients since. He is German Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2015 and was promoted to Manager the same year. He arrived in Boston in March 2017 to take on his role as Manager in Transaction Services in the US.
