Manfred is a Partner specialising in HR & Employment. He advises both German and international technology companies on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. He also supports clients regarding social security, privacy and immigration matters and the planning and execution of complex restructuring projects. A particular focus of his practice is advising technology companies on labour law aspects of M&A, outsourcing and technology transactions. He is an expert lawyer for employment law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht). Manfred provides in-house training for clients' employees and executives on all relevant aspects of employment law. He represents technology companies in negotiations with employee representatives, as assessor in arbitration committees and in front of labour and civil courts across Germany. Furthermore, he regularly provides talks and lectures and publishes articles on employment law-related topics.
