One of my inspirational leaders in my career was Best Buy’s CEO. I was inspired by his leadership approach. He worked hard to develop his team and organization to ensure we were all leveraging our strengths to be successful. Emulating his example, today I’m seen as a trusted advisor who helps others succeed by listening to them and engaging them.
