Part-time Personal Assistant

$16 – $20 an hour – Part-time (combination of both office setting and work-from-home)

Job Summary

At F.O.S. Group, we are looking for someone who is interested in being an integral part of expanding our U.S. business to the next level.

We are currently looking for a hard-working, dedicated Sales and Executive Personal Assistant to join our growing organization. We are a small start-up team with a wide range of tasks and obligations and we need an assistant helping to manage our time appropriately.

Do you have excellent project management & problem-solving skills? Can you be the gate keeper and keep the Executive organized? Have you been celebrated for being detail driven? If so, this might be the perfect job for you.

This position will be roughly 20 hours per week and will vary projects and duties. Training will be provided on site-specific needs and responsibilities. Opportunities exist for the role to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide administrative support for an Executive
  • Communicate with clients frequently
  • Assist projects from beginning to end
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings, including meeting preparation, planning, scheduling
  • Evaluate the priority of incoming correspondence and tasks
  • Reconciles and maintains expense records, statements and invoices, forwarding to our CPA.
  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travels and accommodations
  • Expert PowerPoints, Excel spreadsheets, and any other documents as assigned
  • Mails, faxes, copies and files documents appropriately while ensuring compliance with records management requirement.
  • Handle phone and email correspondence
  • Other various administrative support tasks
  • Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or in comparable training
  • Some job related experience
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Forward thinking, ability to anticipate future needs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Technical savvy, strong knowledge of MS Office and familiar with CRM software
  • Ideal candidate has some experience in a start-up environment
