The monthly GABC Stammtisch Goes Zoom!

Join the virtual Stammtisch on Tuesday, December 15th at 7PM

Join this casual virtual gettogether of GABC members and those new to the GABC. The Stammtisch is hosted by the YPs, but everyone is welcome.  This virtual event is usually approximately an hour long, but if the conversation flows, also longer. Depending on who is attending, we may also speak German — if you enjoy speaking, practicing or listening to German, this is a great hour for you to join.

If you have participated in any of the previous virtual Stammtisches, you know that we like to have a theme or icebreaker. Our holiday edition will be just a casual get together before the holidays. Feel free to munch on holiday cookies or enjoy a holiday brew while we chat. This Stammtisch is about getting together in a relaxed environment, meet new people who share at least one common denominator: an interest in Germany, German business or language.

The Stammtisch is hosted by the YPs, and everyone is welcome.

Register via the Link below and you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link prior to the Stammtisch.

When: Tuesday, December 15th at 7PM

Platform: Zoom Meeting

Please also check your Spamfolder if you don’t see the Email with the Zoom link the day of the Stammtisch.

Who is the Stammtisch for?
The Stammtisch is conceived and hosted by the GABC Young Professionals. It is open to everyone: GABC members and non-members, Young Professionals and newcomers to New England or to the GABC and who share a common interest in Germany. Join us!

What is the “regular” Stammtisch about?

This informal get-together organized by the GABC Young Professionals group aims to connect professionals new to the Boston/Cambridge area with the local GABC network – and we introduce you to a different bar or restaurant every month. Join us every first Tuesday evening of the month – we announce the location via the GABC Web site and mailing list. (Sign up here for the general GABC mailing list, and send a note to if you would like to be specifically on the YP distribution list). It helps if you RSVP, so we know how many to expect.
