The company AEMtec is a German based full-service advanced manufacturing service provider for microelectronic packaging. We are specialized in high presicion placement and assembly challenges in the low- and mid-range volume production.
We are mainly active in the Semiconductor, Medical and Industrial markets but also in Automotive and Aerospace.
In Boston we can offer technocal support for project requests and guide you through the pre development phase in order to create a product design capable for production.
We also have a rapid prototype lab space at BU with our own machines where we can serve with almost all assembly technologies we have in our Headquarter in Berlin but on a more flexible and faster setup for feasibility studies and prototypes.
