The iSTEP program (international Science, Technology, and Engineering Programs) prepares the next generation of natural scientists and engineers for internship and job placements in German companies and laboratories. We give iSTEP students the necessary language (scientific and technical German) as well as cross-cultural skills to become valuable assets for employers engaging with the German business and research landscape.
Currently, iSTEP is looking for German industry partners in the greater Boston area, as well as partners in Germany, to place our students in short- (1-3 months) and long-term internships (5-6 months).
