Job Description:

  • Assist Controller with basic bookkeeping (invoicing, paying bills, interfacing with banks, interface with building owner/lease)
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Coordinate office space maintenance and space management
  • Coordinate/assist with in-office events/meetings
  • Assisting staff with travel booking when necessary
  • Coordinate with office and PR staff in Stuttgart office
  • Assist with Partner time management/communication
  • Assist with Human Resources tasks (visa applications for foreign staff, on and off-boarding of staff)
  • Strong English + German language skills preferred
