About Schlenk Metallic Pigments:
We are a leading global manufacturer of metallic pigments that are sold into a variety of industries, such as the paint and coatings as well as the printing and graphic arts industry. SCHLENK is an international company with over 800 employees. The US Team consists of about 40 employees in two locations in Ashland, MA and Lawrence, KS.

We are looking to fill the full time position of Customer Service Representative at our US headquarters in Ashland MA for soonest possible start date

Job Profile
The customer service representative is part of the customer service team and will receive, schedule and process customer orders via the company`s ERP System (SAP/SBO). Furthermore, they will be closely involved in all other customer service related tasks, among others sample order processing, order invoicing and various customer communications.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will preferably have at least 2- 5 years of work experience in a customer service position and enjoys interacting with customer via phone or electronic means of communication. The candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is highly motivated and well organized.
